During his visit to the People’s Republic of China, Moiseev and Hu discussed a wide range of naval cooperation issues between the Russian and Chinese fleets, a statement from the military institution stressed on its Telegram profile.
The message stated that a significant moment of the visit was the signing of agreement to boost cooperation between the two nations’ fleets.
The Defense Ministry added that the two sides stressed the importance of further developing cooperation between the navies of Russia and China “in the interests of security and stability on the world’s oceans.”
