The Zionist regime’s stance might cause a review and withdrawal of Iran’s declared nuclear policies and considerations in this field, warned the general, who was quoted by IRNA news agency.

As he recalled, the protocols, international standards and laws and regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) establish that all countries should refrain from attacking nuclear facilities.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, in turn, has always been ready to counter these threats from the very beginning, he added.

Faced with the current juncture, Haghtalab informed that “the nuclear facilities of the Zionist enemy have been identified and we have at our disposal the necessary information on all targets, and to respond to their possible actions, our fingers are on the trigger of powerful missiles to destroy specific targets.”

If Israel takes action against Iran’s nuclear facilities and centers, “it will definitely encounter our reaction,” he noted.

So far, Iran’s nuclear doctrine has responded exclusively to the civilian use of atomic energy, with important applications in the fields of medicine and power generation.
