In a statement, President Ebrahim Raisi emphasized that any new reckless attack by Israel will be strongly and harshly responded.

According to Raisi, a measure implemented by the armed forces is a natural right for the legitimate defense of his country in retaliation to the Zionist attack on national interests.

In this regard, he stressed that last night’s complex operations carry a message of strength and power for the Islamic nation and another of fear and humiliation for the enemies of humanity.

By the way, he reiterated that, in recent months, Iran used all capabilities to warn the international community about the risk of the ineffectiveness of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

In this message, he pointed out: “the operation is framed in the defense of Iran’s sovereignty and national interests, the punishment of enemies and the improvement of regional security.”

Regarding the attac, Raisi indicated that the Iranian action was smart and thoughtful, and drones and missiles targeted the occupation’s military bases.

On this issue, Raisi considered that peace and stability in the region are pivotal for national security and “we will not hesitate to make any effort to restore the regional stability.” In his statements, the Iranian president pointed out that Israel is the one that threatens international security and stability in the region through its continuous violations and brutal crimes committed for six months in Gaza.

In this regard, he stated: “Resistance is the key word to revive regional peace and security and put an end to occupation and terrorism in all its forms.”

In this context, the Foreign Ministry called UK, French and German ambassadors in Tehran in the context of statements made by officials from their countries following the Iranian response.
