China´s Foreign Ministry said in a statement that what happened in the last few hours is the latest manifestation of the conflict in Gaza.

“Top priority is to seriously implement UN Security Council Resolution 2728 and defuse the conflict in Gaza as soon as possible,” he stressed, while reiterating his call to the international community, “especially influential countries,” to play a constructive role in keeping regional peace and stability.
