According to INDEC, the year-on-year growth was 287.9%. Sector with highest increase was education (52.7%) given the increased fees at different levels of education at the beginning of the school year.
In second place was communication (15.9%) and in third place was housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (13.3%).
Division with highest incidence in all regions was food and non-alcoholic beverages (10.5%) and in that section the increase in meat, milk, dairy products and eggs, vegetables, tubers, legumes, bread and cereals prices stood out.
The two sections registering lowest variations were restaurants and hotels (8.3%) and home equipment and maintenance (5%).
According to INDEC, the cost of the total commodity bundle went up 11.9% in Gran Buenos Aires.
