According to the lawmaker, the bill was approved by 283 votes in favor, one against, and 49 abstentions.
Ukrainian media pointed out that in the new law, the clause stipulating the demobilization of military personnel after 36 months of service was eliminated.
The bill allows reservists 60 days after mobilization to appear at a registration and enlistment office and update their data.
It also allows sending summonses to electronic accounts and requiring male citizens aged 18 to 60 years to carry military registration papers during the mobilization period and present them upon request of registration and enlistment office officials, police officers, and border guards.
Consular services will be cancelled for men in this age group without military registration papers.
