DPRK praises Kim Jong Un’s leadership

Pyongyang, Apr 11 (Prensa Latina) The esteemed comrade Kim Jong Un symbolizes the dignity and supremacy of the State, Rodong Sinmun newspaper reported in an ed. op. on Thursday, which is the largest circulation newspaper in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

On the 12th anniversary of Kim Jong Un’s election as general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and chairman of the State Affairs Committee, the Rodong Sinmun and other media outlets noted his great contributions to the domestic defense, the building of socialism and the welfare of the people.

Kim was elected to the supreme posts of the Korean revolution at the 4th Conference of the WPK and the 5th Session of the 12th Supreme People’s Assembly held in April 2012.

In those 12 years, his ideas and leadership were fully and perfectly realized, culminating in greater triumphs of the WPK and the State, Rodong Sinmun notes.

Earlier this week, photo exhibitions entitled, Indelible Feats of 2023, on the DPRK’s successes in recent years under Kim’s leadership, were opened across the country.
