According to the survey, the president has a 46.8% support and 0.5% of those consulted did not express their backing or opposition.
Meanwhile, 39.1% of those polled said they cannot stand even one more day of low wages and the adjustment bolstered by the Executive, 10.7% of people are willing to wait up to three months, 10.9% up to six months, 11.3% up to one year and 28% as long as necessary.
In statements to Pagina 12, the Chair of CEOP Roberto Bacman pointed out that the frenetic pace of the cuts made by the Government generates a significant escalation of tensions.
There is no room for half-measures: either one is absolutely in favor or against, he stated.
In addition, Bacman specified that among the main concerns of citizens are salaries or incomes that are not enough (39.8%), inflation (33.7%), insecurity (31.8%), poverty (23.9%) and corruption (18.4%).
In that context, 55% of those interviewed think that their personal situation will not improve and regarding domestic economy 51% say that Argentina will get worse.
Contrary to what Milei expressed since the electoral campaign, 75% of those polled assure that the adjustment is being paid by the people and not by “the political class.”
