In the opinion of the deputy, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, ordered to prepare the defense on the Kramatorsk-Slavyansk-Krasnoarmeisk line linking the cities, mining them to turn them into “suicide” enclaves, as reported by the RIA Novosti agency.

Vodolatsky added that the Ukrainian army is creating fortified areas, storing heavy weapons in homes, kindergartens, and schools, in addition to mining all buildings possible.

The legislator recalled that the imminent capture of Chasov Yar will allow the Russian Armed Forces significant advances towards the important cities of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, in the west of Donetsk.
