MSP reported 224 cases, of which 113 were autochthonous and 111 imported, in addition to one case of chikungunya and two imported cases of zika.
According to MSP, out of the three deaths diagnosed with dengue, one “could be considered a death due to dengue, while the other two had comorbidities that could have been determinant for their death”.
Dengue is present in almost the entire country, with the exception of the departments of Soriano, Flores, Tacuarembó and Rocha.
