The cultural institution stated that the forum will be dedicated to counter-hegemonic alternatives from the viewpoint of sciences and indigenous knowledge.
This edition aims to encourage reflection on the historic conditions that explain the exclusion of knowledge generated by indigenous cultures and, above all, to make visible the strategies of resistance that allow this counter-hegemonic knowledge to persist and be reproduced to our days. Participants will address these topics from different perspectives and other aspects related to the current economic, political, social, and cultural reality of the indigenous peoples of the Americas.
Those interested may submit individual papers or panels with three or four participants until July 22, 2024, at https://premiocasa.cult.cu/culturasOriginarias.
