According to the FSB statement published in Russian media, there is a sharp increase in the number of phone calls and messages received by Russian citizens, including minors, urging to carry out terrorist acts on the national territory.
The FSB also called to talk to minors about the importance of “not engaging in conversations and correspondence” with such persons.
On March 22, a group of camouflage-clad gunmen fired on a crowd gathered at the Crocus City Hall in the city of Krasnogorsk, on the northwestern outskirts of Moscow, just minutes before the start of a concert by the Russian rock band Picnic.
The shooting was followed by a fire, which, according to the Emergencies Ministry, affected an area of nearly 13,000 square meters. According to the latest official reports, the terrorist attack resulted in 139 dead and about 180 wounded.
So far, 11 people involved in the attack have been arrested, including the four attackers who opened fire on the crowd at the Crocus City Hall.
