On a statement, the organization condemned the unjust, genocidal and criminal U.S. blockade imposed for decades on Cuba.

In this regard, the PCL described such a U.S. policy as the greatest crime against the Cuban people and the main reason for the economic difficulties it is suffering.

PCL expressed its solidarity with the Revolution, the people, its leadership and Communist Party, in addition to calling on all national and progressive forces in the world to show solidarity with Cuba.

At such point, the PCL called to condemn foreign interference, the United States and its anti-Cuban policies.

Previously, political organizations, solidarity associations, graduates and Cuban residents denounced the attempts to damage the security, sovereignty, stability and internal unity of the country, and to sow gaps by promoting lies.
