Hizbulah guided missiles hit Israeli air base in Meron

Beirut, Mar 26 (Prensa Latina) Guided missiles of the Lebanese Resistance (Hizbulah) hit today the Meron air base, a military installation located on Mount Kharmaq, Israel's highest peak in the north.

According to a statement, the operation is part of Hizbulah’s actions in support of Gaza and in response to the Israeli attack on the towns of Al-Suwairi and Baalbek.

This was the seventh strike by the Resistance against the center responsible for organizing, coordinating and managing all enemy air aggressions towards Syria, Lebanon, Türkiye, Cyprus and the northern part of the Eastern Mediterranean basin.

During the day, the Lebanese movement confirmed two operations targeting a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Branit barracks and confirmed damage in an action against buildings used by uniformed personnel in the Avivim settlement.

In separate statements, the Resistance reported casualties in rocket and artillery attacks on an infantry force in the vicinity of Shtula and another in the Hanita forest.

Hizbulah weapons also targeted Israeli troops deployed in Hanita and a building used by soldiers in the settlement of Shomera, the latter located three kilometers from the Lebanese border town of Bustan.

In addition, Resistance fighters fired missiles at another Zionist uniformed building in the town of Shlomi, three kilometers from the southern village of Alma Al-Shaab.
