Euro-Med Monitor criticized in a press release the systematic deaths caused by the launch of essential supplies from airplanes or during the trucks’ entry without adequate protection, causing several stampedes.
It noted that on Monday, at least 12 Palestinians were drowned off the shores of the enclave after getting caught in the ropes of parachutes carrying packages.
Euro-Med Monitor warned that many deaths and injuries are recorded as a result of the stampedes, as hunger pushes residents to scramble to get a package to secure the lives of their children and families.
It also denounced the attacks conducted by the Israeli Army against the people waiting for those deliveries and those charged with protecting them.
Such a situation indicates the existence of a systematic policy to deprive hundreds of thousands of Palestinians of their lives and safe access to aid, Euro-Med Monitor warned about Israel.
