Barracks and positions of the Organization for the Liberation of the Levant, Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham in Arabic, and the terrorist militias operating under its umbrella were attacked using unmanned aerial vehicles, missiles, and artillery.
According to the information sources, the attacks were carried out in the towns of Kherbet Naqous, Deir Sunbul, Marablit and Kansafra, located in the south of Idlib and in the mountainous area of Al-Zawieh.
The Syrian army also fired 100 artillery shells at terrorist hideouts in the vicinity of Kafr Aweid, Sufuhan, and Afes, in response to the shelling of towns under government control by the extremists.
Before reaching the de-escalation agreement, in March 2020, the Syrian army managed to liberate 55 percent of the Idlib governorate, where the radicals have taken hundreds of thousands of citizens as human shields.
