“The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rakhmon, during a telephone conversation with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall,” the statement said.
Rajmon, according to the press release, stressed that the terrorists “have no nationality, no homeland, no religion” and that the people of Tajikistan stand in solidarity with the Russians.
The information added that both presidents confirmed their intention to continue close cooperation in the fight against terrorism, extremism and religious radicalism.
On Friday, a group of armed individuals wearing camouflage clothing opened fire at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, on the northwestern outskirts of Moscow, a few minutes before the start of a concert by Russian rock band Picnic.

So far, 11 people involved in the attack, including the four attackers who opened fire on the crowd at the Crocus City Hall, have been arrested.
