“This morning I went to express our deepest condolences to the Russian ambassador, whose country was hit by a terrorist act that cost the lives of more than 133 people,” Youssouf wrote on his X account.

According to the Russian Health Ministry, 133 people were killed and 154 others were injured in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall, in Moscow province.

The Ministry informed that 107 of 154 injured are still hospitalized, 44 remain in outpatient treatment, and three have been discharged.
