Colombo, Mar 20 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Ambassador Andres Gonzalez invited Tushira Radella, president of the Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs of Sri Lanka (COYLE), to the 40th Havana International Trade Fair.

During a meeting at the headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in Colombo, Gonzalez handed Radella a letter sent by Antonio Carricarte, president of the Cuban Chamber of Commerce, to invite the Sri Lankan official to attend FIHAV 2024, scheduled from November 5 to 9.

In the letter, Carricarte congratulated Radella on the 25th anniversary of the COYLE and his recent appointment as head of that institution, which brings together more than 116 young people, who are CEOs and majority shareholders of the top 100 companies in Sri Lanka.

During the fruitful meeting, which was attended by COYLE members, issues of mutual interest for the development of trade between Cuba and Sri Lanka were discussed.

Several strategies were outlined to continue to strengthen ties with Cuban counterparts.

The Sri Lanka Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs promotes entrepreneurship, economic and development initiatives of the Government, the international economic progress of the country, and provides assistance to its members in commercial matters.
