The latest poll released indicates that if the elections were held this Sunday, 42 percent of respondents would vote for the FA, while 27 percent would vote for the National Party, led by President Luis Lacalle Pou.
The Colorado Party has seven percent of voting intentions, while Cabildo Abierto has four. Other political forces barely account for one percent, according to the study, which also compiled five percent of those who would vote blank or invalid and 13 percent of those who expressed undecided.
The measurement in terms of bloc shows that the difference between the left-wing opposition and the official alliance is four points, which predicts very close elections and the possibility that they will be decided in the second round once again.
Polls occur frequently, and many of them show the Frente Amplio in the lead, with margins that vary little.
