“The tasks remain the same. Everyone knows our relations with Moscow; within the framework of these relations we will continue our pragmatic policy, the goal of which is to maintain peace in our country,” Kobajidze said in an interview with the Georgian television.
The Prime Minister also noted that there are specific tasks related to economic activity.
On Monday, Kobajidze announced that he had appointed Georgy Kadzhaia, who had previously headed the management of Georgian interests at the Swiss embassy in Russia, as the new adviser for relations with Russia.
His predecessor in office, Zurab Abashidze, assumed the position of adviser to the prime minister, Kobijadze said.
