The two groups were denounced in accordance with national and international law were the Montagnard Support Group, whose English name is Montagnard Support Group, Inc (MSGI), founded in 2011 by Y Mut Mlo and Y Duen Bdăp, former members of the Montagnard Foundation – MFI in the United States.
This organization, which Mut Mlo leads, aims to contact and incite ethnic minority villagers to use violence, carry out terrorist activities, cause protests and armed riots, in order to demand secession, autonomy and establishment of a separate state in the Western Highlands.
According to the VNA agency in releasing the information, its head office is based in the United States and its communication channels include: “www.montagnardsupportgroup.blogspot.com” and “Montagnard Support Group”.
The other terrorist entity reported today, whose leader is Y Quynh Bdap, is the Montagnard Stand for Justice (MSFJ), which was established in July 2019 in Thailand (where its central office is based) and began operations in the United States in April 2023.
