The Ministry has provided assistance to all returnees.
We have committees on the borders and through them we provide travel allowances, food, non-food assistance and winter clothing before transferring them to their provinces of birth, the Ministry informed.
Afghan Deputy Minister for Refugees and Repatriation Abdul Rahman Rashid noted that each family receives 10,000 Afghanis ($140) in cash assistance.
At the same time, some of the returnees are asking the Islamic Emirate (Taliban Government) to create job opportunities for them.
According to statistics from the Ministry, since early this year, more than 1.5 million migrants have returned to Afghanistan from Iran, Pakistan and Türkiye.
