The New York Times informed on February 25 that the United States, with the support of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), has deployed 12 secret facilities on Ukrainian territory near Russia over the last eight years.
According to the US newspaper, Ukraine has become for CIA a significant spying center against the authorities of Moscow.
