Browne said that he expected that the new professionals will make significant contributions to the health care system and extended his administration’s gratitude to the Cuban Government and people for their ongoing support for the nation’s development.
Antigua News Room reported that the students graduated from the University of Medical Sciences in Holguin, a province in eastern Cuba, and are the first of two groups who graduated this year with such degrees from Cuban universities.
The second group will graduate by late 2024, the source added.
