Both sides initialed memorandums of understanding in the field of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation; and Language Proficiency Programs in the area of Education.

In addition, an agreement has been inked by the Export and Private Investment Promotion Agency (AIPEX) and the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA); plus another between the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas of Angola and that of Ghana, in the field of prospecting and exploration of hydrocarbon resources.

Other memoranda had been signed in the Tourism and Arts and Culture sectors, as well as between different media, in this case the National Radio of Angola and the Public Television of Angola, which signed deals with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.

Likewise, the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy and the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center of the Republic of Ghana further signed a memorandum of understanding.
