According to what the meteorologist published Friday on the Telegram channel of the center he directs, very little weather typical of Russian winters is recorded, as heavy snowmelting alternate with heavy frosts throughout the European territory of Russia.
Vilfand also said that there is a very high snow density, which has exceeded all forecasts made in the previous stage.
According to him, during this year’s winter the frequent melting will be replaced by abnormal frosts, but the average temperature during the period will be approximately normal, with a daily average of about 10 degrees below zero.
