In a video message spread on social media this Wednesday, Sheinbaum also reiterates that during the launch of her presidential campaign in Mexico City’s Zócalo square on March 1, she will present the main points of her project of nation.

The presidential candidate recalls in the video that she is making an extensive appeal to the Mexican people to accompany her in this democracy celebration. We will have the Zócalo square full of people. We will present the main points of our project, so do not miss it.

The former head of Government in Mexico City also emphasized that during this inter-campaign period, she has visited different states to meet with the activists of the Seguimos haciendo historia (Let’s Continue Making History) coalition, who are working house to house, and that is how they will continue.

Sheinbaum assured that they are doing the vote-catching campaign very well. “We are 3 to 1 the second place in our country’s most significant polls, but we are not confident; we want to continue working, so we are closely visiting the different federative institutions,” she said.
