“Contacts with European structures are maintained at the level and in the scope that is necessary with regard to Russia’s national interests and the hybrid war that the EU is waging against our country,” the ambassador told Sputnik on Monday.
Logvinov specifically mentioned the vital supplies to the Kaliningrad province, a Russian enclave between Lithuania and Poland. He stated that Russian diplomats also stay in contact with the community structures “to draw attention to the crimes of the Kyiv regime and violations of the rights of Russian-speaking communities in EU member states.
“The aim is to make the EU at least react or, better yet, recognize the existence of double standards,” Logvinov explained.
