The trips will begin in spring, including the one called “In the footsteps of the Cuban Revolution,” which will include participation in the May 1st parade in the Revolution Squaren in Havana, the president of the organization, Didier Lalande, told Prensa Latina.
The “Free Discovery” tourist circuits also stand out, aimed at getting to know the natural attractions, the culture, and the warmth of the Cubans, under the premise that “Cuba cannot be told about, Cuba must be experienced.”

According to Lalande, in 2023 more than 500 French people traveled to Cuba. The association expects that figure to increase this year.
Cuba Linda began its activities in 1998 with the motivation of facilitating an approach to the reality of Cuba, building bridges between both peoples and aiding Cuba in its struggles, particularly against the United States blockade.
Regarding the blockade, the association will intervene in various meetings, in an initiative led by the French Communist Party.
Lalande also highlighted Cuba Linda’s traditional participation in the La Fête de l’Humanité political-cultural festival, which is usually attended by hundreds of thousands of people.
He also mentioned the organization’s support for the project promoted by Cuba Coopération France (CubaCoop) to guarantee the preparation of Cuban athletes and para-athletes in France for the Paris 2024 games.
The association celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, and it considers it must help understand the reality of Cuba in the face of media manipulations and distortions and to be an active part of the condemnation of a blockade that it considers a criminal one.
