Cuban Tourism Advisor for that region, Elizabeth Cristina Vela, explained to Prensa Latina that Cuba has a 50-square-meter booth and its main objective is to present the Única campaign and exchange views with tour operators of this potential market.
Cuban travel agencies Havanatur and Cubatur will be present at this fair until February 10. Our participation seeks to establish alliances with tour operators, advertising companies and airlines for the commercialization of Cuba as a destination, in addition to encouraging the presence of Indian companies in FitCuba 2024, Vela said.
According to the tourism advisor, Cuba advocates for investments by Indian companies on the island and as part of the positive experience with the MGM Muthu group, which currently manages several hotels in Cuba.
“Our goal is also to learn about the characteristics of the Indian market in terms of developing services adapted to them,” she added.
