According to local reports, Tel Aviv’s planes bombed the town several times during the day, in a continuation of its persistent aggression against the south Lebanon.
Al Manar channel reported at least four attacks in half an hour during the afternoon, as well as the launching of missiles against the village of Khiam, in the eastern sector of the southern border.
Israeli forces targeted the outskirts of the towns of Ramia and Beit Lev, and their aircraft launched thermal balloons in the airspace of the villages of Nabatieh and Tyre.
According to the National News Agency, Israel launched simulated attacks, penetrating the sound barrier in the airspace of the southern region of Tyre.
For its part, the pan-Arab network Al Mayadeen reported that enemy artillery targeted the vicinity of the Tayr Harf and Al-Jebin areas.
Figures from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs showed that some 60,000 Lebanese remain in border villages and more than 25 civilians were killed by Israel’s attacks on the nation since October 8.
