As confirmed on Wednesday at a press conference by the Chair of the Organizing Committee Juan Rodriguez Cabrera, it will be a very participatory event that will take place thanks to the efforts of publishing institutions and the Cuban Government, and which will be attended by writers from Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Vietnam, Palestine and Argentina, among many other delegations.
As usual, most of the activities will be held at the San Carlos de la Cabaña fortress, east of the capital, while 16 sub-venues will host visitors in other Havana locations.
