The services impacted are ATMs, Transfermovil and Enzona payment platforms, that is electronic banking, Metropolitano online – remote banking, point-of-sale terminals (POS), as well as magnetic card operations at bank branches, the BPA posted on Facebook.
Customers with BPA´s RED magnetic card for payrolls and retirees will be able to make a cash withdrawal through ATMs without prior balance inquiry.
In the case of the BPA’s customers with cards in freely convertible currency (MLV), they will be able to operate the POS of the MLC stores, the banking entity argues.
According to the Bank, it is working uninterruptedly to establish again the service in the shortest possible time, and suggests customers to keep posted through the official media.
