TSJ
Caracas, Jan 26 (Prensa Latina) Venezuela’s Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) informed on Friday to proceed to publish as of today the decisions on the requests of some opposition politicians linked to disqualification.

In compliance with it, the Political Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) announced that the citizen Leocenis Manuel Garcia Osorio was authorized to perform public functions, without prejudice of any criminal liability that may arise.

Garcia Osorio filed a nullity action along with a precautionary protection action against the administrative act in August 2021, issued by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.

The TSJ further authorized, in another judgment, the citizen Richard Miguel Mardo Mardo to perform public functions, without prejudice of any criminal liability that may arise.

This nullity action alongside a precautionary protection one was filed by Mardo for the alleged material actions exercised by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic and the National Electoral Council.

The requests for injunctive relief were issued in compliance with the Constitution, the laws in force, within the framework of the Barbados agreement on October 17, 2023 and in observance of the parameters and requirements set forth therein, the judgment referred.
