KCNA reported on Wednesday that this was one of the main statements made by the North Korean delegation to the G77+China event, headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Son Gyong.
Heads of State and Government, high-ranking representatives from more than 80 countries, and representatives of regional and international organizations attended the summit.
Kim said in his speech that the G77 (…) should improve negotiations with developed countries on the economy and redouble efforts to establish a new fair international economic order.
The news agency stressed that the deputy foreign minister had also met with Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdes Mesa, Chinese State Council Deputy Prime Minister Liu Guozhong, and Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz.
