Minister of the State of Justice Belayhu Yirga talked with the Turkish Ambassador here Berk Baran, and affirmed the Ethiopian Government is ready to perpetuate the enduring ties between both countries, adding its willingness to collaborate in various fields, state-run Fana Broadcasting Corporate television reported.

Yirga underscored the imperative of continued cooperation in providing capacity building training for prosecutors and police officers, as well as the exchange of expertise in crime investigation.

On the multifaceted reform initiatives undertaken in Ethiopia over the past three years, Yirga assured that partnering with Ankara would contribute significantly to the success of those efforts.

Meanwhile, Baran granted sustained cooperation with Ethiopia in the aforementioned areas of interest. Both sides pledged collaborative intentions aimed at strengthening existing bilateral relations.
