He made this statement during a meeting with his Seychelles counterpart, Silvestre Radegonde, in the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement (Mnoal) Summit in Uganda.

Through his account in the social network X, Rodríguez informed that this Thursday he concluded his participation in the ministerial meeting prior to the NAM conclave.

“We are pleased to appreciate the unity and strength shown by the Movement, particularly in denouncing the genocide committed by Israel in Palestine, with the complicity of the United States,” he stressed on the platform.

On this day, the head of Cuban diplomacy participated in the 5th Ministerial Meeting of the Group of Friends in Defense of the UN Charter, where he proposed to continue coordinating practical actions which contribute to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people.
