During January´s first two weeks, only seven of 29 missions planned to deliver food, medicine, water and other supplies reached their destinations in northern Gaza, the agency said in its latest update.
Most of the shipments rejected by Israel included fuel and medicines earmarked for warehouses, water wells and health facilities north of the demarcation, it added.
OCHA warned that the lack of fuel for water purification plant, sanitation and hygiene increases the risks of health and environmental hazards.
Meanwhile, the lack of medicines undermines the operation of the six partially functioning hospitals, it said.
Along with humanitarian drawbacks, Gaza population are increasingly in need of medical supplies and services.
