Jorge Rodriguez, head of Parliament claimed that crimes “are already clearly established and are public and notorious,” adding that what they wanted to know were culprit´s full names, IDs and place of residence.

Rodriguez referred to the criminal, felonious and stateless incidents of those who used the precinct and the prerogatives provided by the National Parliament “to steal from an entire people,” goods that belong to the nation and at once, enrich themselves at its expense.
