The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that six people were killed by Israeli soldiers in the Sheikh Ajleen area, southwest of Gaza City. Several civilians were killed and others wounded as a result of an attack on a house of the Asaliya family in the Jabalia refugee camp.
Wafa stated that Israeli gunboats fired dozens of rockets at homes in the Al-Waha and Al-Sudaniya area and on the outskirts of the Beach refugee camp, west of Gaza. Moreover, Israeli artillery bombed violently and intensely, the eastern and southern areas of the city of Khan Yunis causing dozens of martyrs and injuries.
The agency reported that at least 15 civilians were killed and dozens wounded after an Israeli air raid on the city of Rafah.
Medical sources informed that 15 dead were carried to the Kuwaiti Hospital as a result of the bombing of an apartment in the Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood. “There are four women among the dead. What was their fault? What was the fault of the children who lost their lives?” Wafa requested.
The news outlet also reported that the Israeli Armed Forces (IDF) continue their attacks on homes and agricultural areas.
“We expected a de-escalation of Israel’s air strikes as the war enters its third phase, but we are seeing the opposite,” noted the Al Jazeera reporter in the area.
