This is the case of certain scenarios recommended by the Spanish electronic media Buenviajeacuba, which has been operating in Cuba for years and now follows those who propose spaces to capture the best images.
Such a list coincides with the criteria of many tourist guides in this country, and with the opinions expressed especially by European travelers to Cuba.
Buenviajeacuba points out that Cuba is internationally recognized for being a safe destination and for the joy of its people, while it can also become an immense photographic set, where every year thousands of travelers take memorable images.
At every step, interesting urban or natural landscapes emerge, as well as beautiful beaches or small details of the local flora and fauna that deserve to be saved forever, through the lens of a camera. Today, we propose ten places where you can take the best photos and take home the best memories of this wonderful Caribbean destination.
Buenviajeacuba recommends, for example, the Las Terrazas Community, an ecotourism paradise in the western province of Artemisa, some 70 kilometers west of Havana. It is part of the Sierra del Rosario Biosphere Reserve, and it was named after the farming system used to reforest the area during years to rescue the region as a natural park.
Next in the list are Havana’s Malecón (Seafront), the John Lennon Park, in the heart of Havana’s El Vedado, the Bacunayagua Viewpoint, on the road to Varadero, the beaches of Cayo Largo del Sur, the Taíno Village of Guamá, the Manaca-Iznaga Tower (Trinidad), Loma de la Cruz (Holguín), the Basilica of the Lady of Caridad del Cobre, and the Punta Maisí Lighthouse.
These are interesting proposals, although the Escambray region, areas in Isla de la Juventud (Isle of Youth), and especially the eastern city of Baracoa and its surroundings could also be added to the list.
