After remembering that the United States allows and favors actions of destabilization, discredit and media war that seeks to encourage social unrest on the island. Even threats of terrorist acts that they pretend they do not see or do not recognize are reactivated, he said. Likewise, the president demanded that the US government investigates, takes measures and brings justice against elements that have not stopped applying these measures amid the strengthening of the blockade.

The hostility against Cuba does not respond to a party, but is a policy based on the hegemonic intention of an empire against its small neighbor, he highlighted in another part of his speech, in which he assured that the challenges will be overcome with work, talent, and creative resistance.
