On December 5, a documentary that narrates the process of creating a painting in honor of the human rights defender, made by Jorge López using dirt from Plaza de Mayo, will be screened.

De Bonafini, who became known due to her denunciations of the horrors perpetrated by the regime established from 1976 to 1983, passed away on November 20, 2022.

Her ashes were placed in the square where she went for more than four decades to demand justice for more than 30,000 detainees, who were reported missing, tortured and murdered during the dictatorship.
