Díaz-Canel arrived on an official visit to the UAS on Tuesday and to attend the COP28 Climate Change Conference, as part of the tour that will also take him to Qatar and Iran.
On Wednesday, the Cuban president held official talks with His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE and emir of Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, both parties confirmed the good state of bilateral relations and the willingness to continue strengthening political dialogue between the two countries.
