According to the leader of the Lebanese movement, the Tel Aviv entity did not achieve any of the objectives of its attack on Gaza, despite more than a month and a half of destruction and massacres.
Speaking at a ceremony in the southern city of Al-Dwair, Damoush emphasized that Tel Aviv was betting on crimes and military pressure to free its prisoners, and rejected any proposal for a humanitarian truce or negotiations.
However, after failing to break the resistance of people in Gaza, it was forced to withdraw and accept a workable truce, he reflected.
He stressed that the resistance succeeded in imposing its conditions on the enemy thanks to the steadfastness, patience, strength and courage it demonstrated in the confrontation.
He considered the agreement a major achievement for the resistance, a miserable failure for the Israeli forces and an important step on the road to victory in Gaza and the region.
If the enemy resumes its aggression after the end of the truce days, the resistance in the Strip will return with full determination and courage to the field of confrontation, he said.
