Casa de America in Madrid dedicates a week to Leonardo Padura

Madrid, Nov. 28 (Prensa Latina) The Writers' Week at Casa de America in Madrid will be dedicated this year to Cuban writer Leonardo Padura, a new recognition in Spain for the prolific author.

The tribute will be fheld rom December 11 to 15 and consist of several activities around his work, which conclude with a keynote speech by Padura himself in the 28th edition of the Writers’ Week, the organizers announced on Tuesday.

It is an original idea of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) that the Casa de America has organized since 2000.
