Danilenko told Sputnik that these naval drones are already in production, and the first hydrojets for these unmanned vehicles have been assembled at KMZ’s industrial facilities.
For the rest of this year, Danilenko added, KMZ will hand over the first batch to the Russian Defense Ministry, which, in turn, will be able to test new naval drones in the course of the special military operation in Ukraine.
“If it is successful, we plan to launch serial production in 2024,” said the KMZ director.
