The director of the Al-Razi hospital in Jenin, Fawaz Hammad, denounced that the doctor Shamekh Kamal Abu Al-Rub, 25 years old, lost his life, while his brother Muhammad and another young man were wounded by bullets, during the clashes in that town.
According to the official Wafa news agency, the clashes erupted when an Israeli special unit infiltrated Qabatiya to arrest a suspected militiaman.
Abu Al-Rub was hit by bullets in the abdomen as he was leaving his home with his brother-in-law, the source stressed. Two other Palestinians were arrested on Saturday in the northern Jordan Valley village of Ain al-Bayda, two more in the southern governorate of Hebron and one in the town of Arana.
