Cuba remembers the eternal leadership of Fidel Castro

Havana, Nov 25 (Prensa Latina) Cuban leaders, led by President Miguel Díaz-Canel, and users on social networks, remembered today the legacy of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, who physically disappeared on November 25, 2016.

The Cuban leader asserted in his X account, that “about Fidel (Castro) we will always speak in present because he lives among us with his inspiring work and his infinite faith in human beings, in the Cuban revolution, and in the possible better world for which he is still fighting.”

Likewise, evoking the significant date, the member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), Roberto Morales, assured that today is a day that moves millions of people in the world and of great significance for Cubans.

“It is a date that ratifies the greatness of that eternal guerrilla who taught us that there is no other path but that of struggle until victory is achieved,” Morales wrote on the social network.

The senior leader of the PCC recalled out of a series of previous tweets by other leaders of that emancipating process, such as Army General Raul Castro who said of his brother and companion of multiple battles:

“Fidel is Fidel and does not need any position to occupy forever a top place in history, in the present and the future of the Cuban nation”.
